Aneelia, Lia, Neelie, Nene (LOL), Neelia — just a few of the names I go by.
As Neelia’s grows and I meet so many new and beautiful people, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself (& the company).

There’s so much I could say, but I think this post will capture the heart of it.
At Neelia’s, we believe food speaks.
It speaks to memory. To culture. To connection.
And dessert, especially, has a way of saying what words sometimes can’t.
Our classic menu is rooted in my story—a Euro Asian-American fusion shaped by my first-gen upbringing and training in French pastry.
But the heart of Neelia’s isn’t just mine.
It’s yours too.
