Our Classic Menu is inspired by our founder’s story:
A Euro Asian-American fusion of flavor, reflecting her upbringing as a first-generation American with Cambodian roots, trained in French pastry. These desserts are whimsical, layered, and rooted in personal experience—familiar, yet adventurous.

Hi, I'm Aneelia.
My first love wasn’t baking—it was storytelling.
Music, writing, talking (a lot) … anything that let me connect, express, and create.
My earliest memory of baking for others was in 5th grade—I made brownies and accidentally used salt instead of sugar. Oops.
When I first started (seriously) exploring baking, I went straight for the French macaron. A cookie known for being temperamental and technical—at a time when most people couldn’t even pronounce its name (or mine). As the daughter of a non-baker, it felt like one of my earliest acts of rebellion.
I was always told that singing or writing wasn’t a “real” career. "Maybe you could teach English", they said. I knew I wanted to teach, inspire, and connect—just not in a traditional classroom.
So here I am—writing stories through dessert.
Baking became my language. It’s how I say “I see you,” “I love you,” or “I’m glad you’re here.” Whether it’s a cake for your wedding or a cookie for your Tuesday, I try to make it meaningful.
Dessert is so much more than a bite. It’s a bridge—between cultures, between people, between past and present. Between my story and yours.
