How do I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting from our signature menu and adding to cart, filling out the cake form, filling out the adventure form, or by contacting us directly at contact@enjoyneelias.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
Website: card only
Invoice: Zelle and Venmo
In-person: card, cash, Venmo
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7 days before your event date to ensure availability. If you order online and add to cart, you can have your order ready for pickup/delivery within 3 days.
Customization & Flavors
Can I customize flavors and designs?
Absolutely! Every custom order is crafted through a consultation (call or email) where we discuss your preferences for flavors, designs, and dietary needs.
Do you offer dietary accommodations?
Yes, we can accommodate [gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, etc.]. Please let us know your requirements when ordering. NOTE: All products are made in a gluten, nut, allergen exposed kitchen
Can I request a custom flavor or special ingredient?
We love creating unique flavors! Please reach out with your idea, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver within Charlotte area (no further than 80 miles). Delivery fees vary depending on distance and order size.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course! Pickup is available at our location near Plaza Midwood. Please schedule your pickup time on the ordering page.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. If the order is cancelled within 7 days, we will refund your deposit.

What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, business events, parties, galas, meetings, and more. Tell us about your event, and we’ll tailor our offerings to fit your needs.
Can you provide desserts for large events?

We are located in Charlotte, NC. Our commercial kitchen space is near Plaza Midwood.
