Wedding Shoots: Citrus and Satin

Citrus and satin - the most memorable wedding shoot 💛

Given the guidance of bright, citrusy, natural, and fun — I create a few desserts to match the direction of Andrew David and Jordan Christine at the Westwood Lodge. The theme is citrus - of course, I had to make something with lemon!!!

I created my favorite tart. 🍋‍🟩🍋Lemon Lime Almond. Classic shortbread, lemon lime financier, lime curd, lemon curd, white chocolate whipped ganache, and zest. Paired with a classic best-seller: Pistachio macarons with cream cheese frosting.

Annnnd a new flavor: Lemon rose shortbread. Infused shortbread with white chocolate and rose petals.

BONUS: Matcha white chocolate cookies that went SO well with everything from Indie Ln. Bevs + Bites.  Styled shoots are always so fun.
